Today, as we do each year, people across the country are gathering with friends and family to give thanks. But this year feels different. Something has shifted.
In years past, our social media feeds have been filled with familiar sentiments: “give thanks,” “I’m grateful for…” and so on. Yet so often, the posts seemed to miss something essential: the object of our gratitude.
But this year… This year is different.
Across our nation and around the world, people are realizing a truth that you and I hold dear: there is an object of our thanksgiving. More than that, there is a Person—the triune God—who is the source of every good gift. (Pictured: Papyrus 23 (𝔓23), one of the earliest witnesses to James.)

I am especially grateful this Thanksgiving for the faith taking root across the globe. Bible sales are rising. Church attendance is climbing. Hearts are being stirred and eyes opened to see God more clearly. Our collective voice of praise and gratitude is growing louder, stronger, and more sincere—a chorus of thanksgiving to the One who is generous, faithful, and true. And that, my friends, is something for which to give thanks today.
Will you join me in giving thanks to God for the mission He has entrusted to us?
To preserve His Word and share it with the world.
To educate and cultivate confidence in its trustworthiness.
And to point a longing world to the hope that is found in its pages.
Finally, I give thanks for you, our partner, champion, and friend. You, in collaboration with CSNTM and other faithful men and women, are the means by which this mission is fulfilled. Your faithfulness encourages us, your generosity sustains us, and your partnership inspires us daily. My team and I are profoundly grateful to have you by our side as, together, we carry out this mission, joining our voices to speak truth, build confidence, and provide evidence that anchors faith.
With deep gratitude,
Dan Wallace
